Our president, Walter A. "Butch" Tilley, has over fifteen years of business knowledge as well as in-depth insurance experience from both an agent's and a client's perspective. Butch also has a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola College in Baltimore. He currently serves as Chairman of the Harford County Liquor Control Board.
